I have an ipod touch and I think the settings are pretty much the same, go to settings, mail, contacts and calenders and change the settings there, which you must have set up for to be able to read your emails.
Just because you can see them on your iphone you can still read them on your PC.

i have deleted my ipod email account
but i still have no emails coming into my computer account i get the odd one or two

OK.For a start who is your email service, Gmail,Windows live or what.
What do you mean that you have deleted your ipod email account?
Your ipod email is the same as your PC email account. What ever emails are shown on your PC will be shown on your ipod.

I have Gmail and can read my emails and move them to folders on my ipod touch the same as if I am at my PC.

So can you please post a few more details.

Hi
Email windows live
firefox
windows vista home
ipod touch

The email account on my ipod is deleted.
so no email should come on to the ipod.
but the email on my computer is not picking up all the emails i had 4 on my computer.
but when i put back the emal account on my ipod it had 24 emails
i have done this a few times and each time i get a lot more emails on the ipod.
so why is the computer email not picking up all the emails it only gets a few ?
Thanks
