email causes reboot

  Tiggy2 12:28 03 Apr 04

this morning I received a spam email. I can't delete it because as soon as i click on it, it instantly causes the computer to re-boot! I run windows XP, & have Norton Internet Security and Antivirus, both up-to-date. I have scanned for viruses & found nothing. How do I get rid of this? Please help!

Hello - Is it in your inbox folder?

sorry for the absence. This is a bit strange, have you tried going into safemode and trying to delete it there, assuming OE6 works in safemode.
Will it reboot if you highlight another message and click "select all"and then delete it that way.
