email attachment Java Script

I have received an email attachment that I cannot look at completely, as it comes up with the message, " This service makes use of Javascript, which appears to be turned off. Click here to learn how to activate it."

I have followed the instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 but the settings are already what they suggest. :-

. On the Tools dropdown menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click on the earth "Internet" icon, and then the Custom Level button.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list, and locate the section named Scripting.
4. Under the subsection Active Scripting, click Enable. Click OK.
5. Answer Yes to the confirm box that pops up. Click OK.
6. Click the 'Back' button at the top of your browser window, and then click 'Refresh'.

I have done this, even though it was already set to these settings and of course it has made no difference.

Any ideas?

Unless you know the sender and were expecting this, I would delete it.

Otherwise try installing Sun Java click here - you can always uninstall it via Control Panel, Add or Remove programs.

Thank you. I have downloaded Sun Java.

It has not made any difference but that may be because I do not know what to do with Sun Java.

Hope you can help again!
