Email accounts

Is there any free email accounts that allow you to use their service like outlook express so you can use them as your email vacility?

You can sign up for a Pay As You Go Dial Up account with most ISPs - this will give you a free email address which can be setup in Outlook Express. I have some with Supanet and Tiscali - I never use them for Internet Access just for Email.

I would use the Hotmail address as a 'honey pot' to catch any spam. Use it only for signing up for things on the web. The Gmail account, keep as your main email address for friends and family only, don't use it to sign up for anything.

Google mail (GMail) is the way to go, it supports POP forwarding
Only paid for(Premium) hotmail accounts support POP forwarding. NOT the free one.
