Editing a pdf file adobe received by email

I have received via email a price list in the form of a table as an adobe pdf file which I want to share via email. However I want to delete the headers and footers and substitute my own name and address, ie edit the document. I can't find a simple way to do this and because it might be a one off I don't want to pay for software. There are no copyright issues involved. Can anyone help me?
