hi i scanned a document onto my pc i tried it first in ocr but it looked rubish. i was wondering is it posssible to scan it in another way and keep in its orignal stile & then edit it after.

In what way was it rubbish? Most scan applications have functions to alter brightness, contrast, clour, and even tones, and dots-per-inch/cm.

Your PC should have a 'Scan Manager' application - they're pretty standard these days - and this should help you through the process.

that quality of the lettering is ok it the the heading of the doc it is not in is correct state. it has changed its aperance. what i want is a way to paste & copy it in its orginal image.
