Edit right-click menu in Windows Explorer

In Windows XP HE it's possible to add to the right-click menu for folders by using Tools, Folder Options, File Types, selecting Folder, Advanced, New then entering the action and application's exe.
However I can't work out how to edit or remove such items, except by editing the registry, because both the Edit and Remove buttons are greyed out. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for the response. The article gives very detailed information for editing the registry, but I'd already managed to do just that – though I used the editor's search facility and then amended or deleted the relevant data. What I'm really after is a way of enabling the Edit and Remove buttons in Windows Explorer, which I suspect "just" needs a registry tweak.
