Building a budget machine and trying to find what memory options there are for this board. So far very confused.

I have the Board & Manual here with a Addendum page and it says

If running a 333MHz CLU FSB the memory will set to DDR333 (PC2700) regardless of the memory type used on this board (DDR400/DDR333). OK

Then next it says We do not recommend that you use DDR266 memory to avoid system instabilty.

My doubts are I am going to build using a Either a Duron 1.8GHz 266FSB or Athlon XP2400 (2GHz 266FSB)

ECS uk site says I can use DDR PC2100 or PC2700
Then the manual confuses me and a bit loast to which Memory I can use.

Please help.
