E- Mailing Outlook "Contacts"

I run Outlook as my E-Mail etc service. I find it more user friendly than Outlook Express. I have and address book as part of the service which is called "Contacts" in Outlook. I wish to send a copy to a relative but look as I might I cannot find a way of doing it. Any ideas?

I followed your suggestion thanks but when I go to open the file from the saved area I get a warning that the files are part of the operating system and could damage the system if I open the file!

if a prob can you not copy/paste the details?

Probably a bit long-winded, but why not copy/paste each of your contacts, as hyperlinks, into the body of the message you are going to send?
