I recieved an E-mail from a 22 year old girl "How are you rdias?!!........I'm a new girl in town, I'm 22 years old...Isaw your profile on the internet which was attractive to me:)
I recently moved to this area and feel kinda left out because I dont have any friend :{...I'm lloking for a friend to chst with or exchange life sotries or whatever, who knows maybe in the future we'll be more than that.....K3wk1...If youwould like to know more about me email me back at" Unquote. I have included all the mistakes.

What do you think? What does K3wk1,mean?
Please advise. Tufnut.

This is spam, junk, porn, whatever. Delete it and forget about it. Don't open any attachments it may have.

I would delete it - certainly don't reply!

Thanks for the advice. I thought it seemed a bit iffy "curiosity killed the cat!" All the best, tufnut

Have a shower, dress nice and carry a bunch of flowers.

This is clearly someone you have never heard of who has seen your "profile" on the internet which i'm sure you remember putting together and submitting!!! She's up for a bit of "chst" (Chess?? Chest??) and talks to ducks ("K3wk1")

If you reply to her then she'll bombard you with lots of further messages promising "hard porn" (to get you in the mood) and Viagra or "Organ Enhancement" (our local church has never sounded so good!!!) to help you on your date.

Basically its a test - answer it and you're saying my e-mail account is active and i respond to Spam please send me as much as i can handle......

:-)

But then you knew this anyway!!

Add it to your blocked sender list like I do.

  Gaz 25 19:26 18 Jun 03

Spam! Delete and add to blocked list.

It is a waste of time, infact that I would just scrap straight away, leave it.

Dont reply to it, you never know.

Thanks you guy's for the advice, and a special thanks to jester2k 11, for the interpretation.

Have you noticed "Ducks" like bread. I suppose
that is what this particuler one was after. The only data I can think of giving is when I have
purchased something or filled in a form.

It seems that our imfo is sold on to interested partys to enable them to send out "Junk Mail".

Yes I did suspect, foul play, but we all have to learn. All the very best. tufnut

Is that Jester knows what happens if you reply!

I wonder how ;0)

Chris

Thanks chris, I am very grateful for any advice or comment. Re, jester. I am sure the suggestions were meant to be helpful but I would be interested to know, how he knows what I am supposed to: already know or think?
Years ago It was very commen for people to have
"Pen Pals",which as far as I know was very healthy, although it seems, one has to be very careful with all we hear of the dangers that "The Internet leaves us open to. It would good to have
"Things to look for",as a lot of SPAM people see to be very devious. Was "K3wk1" meant to provoke curiosity and get a reply? I think "My Profile was Probably a bluff. Regards, tufnut
