Hi, How can you view the file size of an e-mail. I am running xp home and microsoft outlook (not express). THANKS IN ADVANCE

Double click on your email. It should open in its own window. The information should be there.

If you mean after it is sent or received, the details are listed on the main sent and received pages of Outlook.

The items listed should show:

TO, SUBJECT, SENT, SIZE

As far as I know there is no way of knowing the total size prior to sending, except for the size of an attachment.
