E-Mail Hell

  happymonkey 21:17 17 May 03

Hi All,

Some idiot is trying to send me an e-mail which must be about 10 gigabytes. I now have a backlog of about 15 e-mails because this 1st one will not download. I`m stuck. What do I do gang? By the way, I use outlook as my e-mail client + windows xp home.

I'd use mailwasher from click here because that has a facility to delete the e-mail at the server.

May not work, but worth a thought.

Download MailWasher after you have configured it, start the program when it shows you the E-Mail click the box to delete it on the server

OR some ISPs allow web based email where you can access your mail from Internet Explorer for example Freeserve allow this and you can could delete the email from here.

Thanks to all who responded. The old "Mailwasher" download did the trick and it turns out some goofball was trying to send me a 22mb file. All sorted now guys. Thanks again
