e-mail folders in Thunderbird

Have just downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird but only a fraction of my address book has been transferred from Outlook Express and none of my sub folders. Can anyone help a rather dim 70 year old to complete the transition from OE to Thunderbird, or should I revert to use a quill pen and ink!

Open up Thunderbird then click on "Address Book"
Now click on Tools then Import. Tick Address Books and select Outlook Express. This should do the trick for you.

Further to above, clicking on individual Features details such as Junk Mail on Thunderbird's initial page will take you (whilst online) to how to configure them.

thanks for your help. Unfortunately when attempting to download Thunderbird again (having uninstalled it) I find that I cannot do so, and I get the message "This object has been blocked" Sorry to trouble you but how do I get over this problem
