Every time I check my E-mail on outlook express, it keeps on telling me to enter my blueyonder E-mail address. Also, when I click on send E-mail, it tells me to connect, and then tells me it was unable to send because I was not connected.
could please help me? Now I don't know if I have a load of mail waiting for me.

i would suggest as a starting point you have a look at the properties of the a/c via tools/accounts/mail/properties make sure all relevant info is in there, after that i would check that there is not a tick in hang up/disconnect after sending, if your mail is pop 3 you can go to click here input your e mail address and password and you can access your mail from there,
