For the last week or so, every time I shutdown my PC I get a dialogue box stating: dwwin.exe dll initialisation failed.
The shutdown continues as normal. Its not really a problem but I would like to know, what it is, and how do I stop the dialogue box appearing?
I am using XP Pro with Firefox

It usually refers to Dr. Watson windows error reporting.

Best to disable it:

Run regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug

Set the "auto" value to 0 and reboot.
