DVD writer wins over dishwasher

AT last I got me a DVD writer. The wife will not be chuffed as she claims to need a dish washer. She thinks all technology is a waste of cash so I've told her she can do the dishes in the garden with a hose pipe. :-)

To the Q... what would you say is the best sofware to get for my new bit of kit. I intend to back up my music library to MP3 and might look at backing up some of my movies....

Cheers

Nero 6 to burn / create DVDs and Apples iTunes to sort out your music.

She might be able to spin dry the odd saucer in your new drive ;-)

It's the cups and dinner-plates that will be the problem - you won't be able to shut the drawer.

Any way, surely you're the dishwasher?

The Wife! :)

I have got Nero 6.... seems good (easy to use) and iTunes, it came with the wife's iPod (technophobe till it looks cute). Was just curious to see what everybody else was using to back up DVD's.

Thanx for the advice.

What are your thoughts on the legality of backing up your DVD's.
