I have just installed a DVD combo writer and now find that my computer will not boot up automatically when I switch on. The writer is recognised in "My computer" as drives H & I,there is an icon on the desk top, and it is listed in programmes. I have to boot up through F8 which then allows me to boot up full windows. I am running windows XP Home SP2. If adjustments to Bios or register are required please spell out in words of one syllable as at 78 I'm not very quick on the uptake these days. Thanks in advance, Carper
