Hi

Wondered if anyone new of a solution to this problem: When I play store bought DVDs in my laptop the sound momentarily drops at every chapter point.

Even when I have ripped my own DVDs and played them from me HDD the sound still drops at every chapter point.

Could it be my drive(unlikely)? Or could it be the player (have used Nero Vision & VLC)?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You might need to re-install your sound card drivers, it could be that they have become corrupt. I had to re-install mine on a regular basis, in the end I just invested in a new sound card. Not that you need to but with mine happening on a regular basis, I knew that my card was on its way out.
