DVD Playback on TV Screen

I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop running Windows XP. DVD playback is fine on the laptop using Intervideo WinDVD 4 but i have a problem when trying to watch the DVDs on my TV. I am able to watch them successfully except for the fact that they only show up in b/w on the TV. Altering the colour controls on the TV set make no difference (and all other TV channels are still in colour). Any suggestions welcome.

On my TV to watch in colour i have to select AV3S that gives me colour.

AV3 gives me black and white.

Just have a alook within the TV settings and you should get colour.

Are you using the correct settings for tv out.

e.g. NTSC/PAL and S-Video/Composite

Most problems related to tv out being black and white are related to these settings
