You can print paper CD labels on any printer, you just need the software and label blanks.

If you don't have Nero which has a CD label program, just put 'CD label' into Google and you will get dozens to choose from.

CD labels are available from most printer label suppliers, and you will need an applicator.

Have a look at this kit

which has software, labels and an applicator to get you started.

As BT says there are label kits you can buy, but I would not advise them for DVDs as they get very hot when played and the labels can come unstuck and jam in the player, for best results I would buy a printer that can print to CD/DVD.

You will also need to buy CD/DVDs with a printable surface if you go this route.

I use Epson printers that have tha ability to print on discs, they are brilliant you can put any picture you want on them.
