Is it possible to build a DVD CD duplicator from an old computer just by adding three DVD drivers

You only need two drives, one for the 'Source' CD/DVD and one for the 'Destination' CDR/RW/DVDR/RW. Be careful of the copyright laws though.

If you mean one of these click here then technically yes but there are problems. For one thing the speed would be much slower as the drives would bottleneck on a PC and this might cause fails when burning and loss of disks. Duplicators work in a different way, they are not really PCs at all.
I think its a waste of time trying this with a bog standard PC you would take twice as long to burn two disks as you would to burn one and theres always the chance of bufferunderrun errors etc.
You'd just end up making lots of coasters in my opinion.
