Hi,

I was just wondering if it is possible to create DVD's of my camcorder filimings using Windows Movie Maker. I have tried a couple of discs, but cannot get them to play on my DVD player (it does play all formats).

You will need to convert the files - Nero is probably the best software for this but I tihnk this may do for you for free

Xania,

thanks for the reply, I am new to editing and saving movies as I have only just bought as I have only just bought a camcorder. I am right in thinking from what you say, that I can edit the footage using windows movie maker, save it to my pc, then use the program you have suggested to convert it so I can play it in a dvd?

thanks
