Can anybody tell me please of a DVD Copier that will copy copyrighted discs for backup purposes of course. And where I may find it.

any DVD burning drive(in a PC) has the potential to 'copy' DVD movies,its all about having the right software to do it.

it performs the function of re-authoring/re-encoding dual layer disks down to single disk size. You still need to "burn" though.
