Duplication of 'My Documents' folder

  Newgrove 21:15 13 May 03

The 'My Documents' folder in Windows XP has unexpectedly duplicated itself, and now also appears in the 'Favourites' section of IE6. I have tried to delete it from the 'Favourites' section of IE6 but get the message that the folder cannot be deleted as it is a Windows System Folder. How can I remove this folder from the 'Favourites' section and still retain it as the original 'My Documents' folder on my 'C' Drive.

Thanks for assistance,

Don Stewart

Click Start, hover your mouse over My Documents and right click, select properties.

Try selecting Restore Default.
