Duplex printout

Looking at various laser printers and want to be able to do two sided printing - either by turning the pile of pages myself or some better means. I see on several printers that the description "Duplex printout" is mentioned and gather it has something to do with double sided printing. Can anyone help me with an explanation. Also if it says "Duplex printing as standard" does that mean it is part of the make up of that particular machine?
Thanks

Yes - on all counts AFAIK.

Duplex means doublesided.
