dumpprep and uniblue registry scan

  Amer 09:13 27 Oct 07

My computer crashed recently and on next start up I noticed a programme in start up menu called dumpprep. When I checked this on the internet I found a programme called Uniblue registry scan which looks for any registry errors. This has found 1034 on my machine and is offing to correct them. Is this a reliable software and should I proceed or could this cause me future problems.

Any advice appreciated

I will bet you have to pay for the program to clean all those registry items.
If you Google for a program called Crap Cleaner (it is free) and use the registry cleaner in that.
You can also use it to clean all the dross of your computer.
