Comnputer gives blue screen of death and "dumping physical memory" message about 3 times per day. This seems to only happen when son is playing age of mythology (but since he plays this all the time, it doesn't tell us much).

I haven't seen the precise error message, so can't add much more.

The computer is running XP and a few weeks ago had a replacement mobo (something like a Asus KV333), which was installed by the Evesham technician (faulty fan) who also reinstalled XP.

Any ideas anyone?
Could this blue screen have anything to do with mobo and reinstalled XP? Thanks

This could be a graphics card problem firstagent, but without the full error message it's hard to say. If you can get the full error message this will help.

recap, thanks for your quick response. I will post the details when i see them.

I wondered whether there was any dump file that would have recorded the message.
