I am using 2 screens, an LCD and CRT monitor, but for some reason firefox always opens on the LCD which is screen 2, even though my deskptop and all icons are on the CRT screen 1. Is there any way to make it open on the first screen?
thanks

drag it over to the other screen and it will remember next time.

Resolution could also be an issue here, set your main display to 60HZ

Any CRT should cope with that unless it's really old.

Then try again.

ok thanks ill try that.
i was dragging it over, but it would still open up on the alternate screen, but ill persist.

is it a firefox problem or a settings problem? do other programs revert back to the other screen?

the other programs seem to remember where i left them, if i move them back to the screen 1.
I think its firefox that is just always opening on the alternate screen.
