Dual boot Vista and OS X on a PC

Is it possible to have both Vista and OS X on your PC? If so could someone please pointme in the direction of an idiots guide to doing this.

I use a HD caddy, so that I can just pull the draw out to change the HD. Its safer than a dual booting system, and if your one HD or OS fails, you can put in the other one and be up and running in 30 seconds.

I have 2 HDD's installed on my PC. Dont have the space for a Caddy( Micro tower with no spare bays)
