I would like to install W7 on a spare internal drive and still be able to use my existing "C" drive for XP is it possible to do this without physicaly unpluging either on of the drives.

When I installed Win7 on a separate drive it became the 'C' drive but I am able to boot from XP by pressing F8 (Boot Option) at startup.

Great, thanks for that.
It`s just that certain apps I have on XP may not work with W7 until ne w drivers or patches are available.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that W7 actually installed all the drivers except my keyboard (Trueway). Device manager reported no problems with any of the others.
