DSL settings in router

I'm looking at the DSL settings in Dynamode R-ADSL-C4-W-G1 router. TalkTalk works great on another router but on this one it gives a very slow connection. Can some knowlegable person please tell me which of these settings, if any could be causing this or fix this if I turn them on or off.

Currently ON : G.dmt, G.lite, T1.413, ADSL2, AnnexL, ADSL2+, Bitswap

Currently OFF : AnnexM, SRA

For TalkTalk the MTU should be configured to 1432.

If it's ISP Talktalk then you will get better results with a MTU of 1400

There isn't a setting for MTU so I'll use Dr TCP on the computer.

Does anyone know what these other settings do and if it matters if they are on or off ?

G.dmt, G.lite, T1.413, ADSL2, AnnexL, ADSL2+, Bitswap

AnnexM, SRA
