DSL Parameters

Hi folks,
dsl parameters for my router (voyager 205)are as below.
local tx power 11.75
remote tx power 15.92
local line attenuation 38.5
remote line att. 24.0
local snr margin 19.5
remote snr margin 25.0
all dB.
It's a 2mB connection and returns 2272 down and 288 up speeds.
Is this average or can anything be done to improve the readings, assuming this would have any advantages. I have several meters of elderly cable and multiple connections between the BT socket and the connection point for the router.
Thanks in advance. Yaesu

Your problem is that it is a 2 Mbit connection. You are getting the maximum speed on that connection. I would expect you to get a much higher download speed on a Max adsl system.

That all seems normal.

Actually, your local SNR is a bit low, but that's not hugely significant.
