When I left click the Drives in My Computer to open them (including C Drive) they have suddenly started opening in ACDsee program. By right clicking followed by Explore they open correctly, however, ACDsee in bold type is the first entry in the drop down menu.
Could anyone advise me how to get my Drives to open in the correct program please? O/S is XP, SP2

System Restore is the first thing to try, and look in ACDSee's options to see if something needs adjusting. If neither help some tweaking of the registry might be needed.

Which version of ACDSee?

It's version 3.1, which is a very old one but has worked perfectly in the past & does everything I require. I can't find any ACDsee option settings that might affect this. Later this evening when I finish doing my work on the computer I will try System Restore

Brundle & Fruit Bat, many thanks for your replies. My version of ACDSee does not have the option to Show Local Drives under the File List, however, System Restore solved the problem.
