Hi What I mean is can anyone help with a location for basic drivers to enable a windows 8 laptop to print over a network, using a HP PSC 1510 Print device attached to a PC running on XP SP3. I have tried HP's website and can find an all in one set of software and driver for W8 but that is not what I need. I just want drivers to sit on the existing XP software so the W8 OS can find them when it tries to print. At the moment I am getting mis alignments of various sorts. Regards Bloodaxe.

Go here

drivers

and choose your OS from drop-down list.

That should be what you need. If you're printing over the network from a Windows 8 PC to a printer attached to an XP PC and shared, the Windows 8 PC should have the Windows 8 drivers (presumably 64-bit?) installed for that printer.
