Actually I don't know whether this post should be under the network tab but seeing as I'm thick etc.

My BT.broadband connection keeps disconnecting, I am using a Voyager 105 but when I go into device manager and click on the modem tab. all I can find is 'PCI SoftV92 speakerphone modem listed, nothing about the voyager at all. Could this be the problem or am I barking up the wrong tree completely?

Its a USB modem so look under USB devices in Device Manager rather than Modems.

Thank you for the links to the drivers,

The connection still keeps dropping but it seems it might be a bt fault.
