Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me where I will find a driver for a all in 1 usb 2.0 card reader that I bought off e bay?

When I have connected it and booted up, it says windows will search for best driver. I don't know what to type in where it says "specify location"

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks, in advance.....Fred.

What operating system are you using and do you know the make and model of the reader?

Windows 98se

The description on the invioce is this.
All in one card reader-GAMCE Design2

No more info? Any code numbers?

If it was XP, it would recognise it automatically.

But for 98se you will need drivers

and nothing is coming up for a GAMCE Design2:-(

I will try and paste and copy the item into the thread so you can see it for yourself, however it clearly states win98se.

Thanks for your help upto now....Fred

Upload the image to click here.

use the browse button to locate the jpeg and then host it. It will show you a thumb nail, double click this thumbnail and it will bring it to full screen.

Right click the url address and copy. Go to your thread and paste it there.

It should then be visable.

No Woodchip, it has not.

The only chip I can see has the following written on it:
ALCOR
Micro
D33-FEL-NP
P5110274-0010
0618E3.
