drive partitioning

hi, i have a partition on my drive.so i have c+d drives.I only want 1 single drive with no partition.How do i transfer all the gigs to the c drive.i have managed to delete the d drive via disk management,but the gigs have not transferred over to c drive,just states that its unallocated.Can anyone help?

you need a program such as partition magic. you can't do it with the windows tools
