Drive imaging

My main (C) drive has 2 partitions, with the smaller one being part of the XP Pro set-up, I presume.

Question is: do I need to copy both when taking a drive image back-up, or just the larger partition?

Thanks, Etc.

I would suggest a Full drive image - preferably with Acronis True Image. This would save everything including all your settings for various programs.

ps - preferably to a External usb harddrive.

I'm considering using Paragon Drive Copy. Don't have an external usb drive (although can foresee benefit), only a spare 20G HD mounted as a slave drive.

Have not used Paragon, but have only heard good things about it.

Good luck anyway.
