Drive Image 7

XP Home started becoming VERY slow - some programmes would take minutes to load or not at all. I backed up to an external hard drive using Drive Image 7 and made a clean re-install of XP. This worked well until I reloaded DI7 to restore programmes back, when the same happened. To check, I uninstalled DI7 and the problem disappeared. Is this a problem with DI7 or could it be clashing with another programme? How can I tell?

I have Drive Image 7 installed on my notebook, with Windows XP Pro. I have not noticed any slow down in launching those programmes I have got installed.

It may possibly be a clash with something else on your PC.

It's not your AV doing a Drive check is it

PS why not create Floppy disc set and run from that when you need to
