Drive Image 2002 can't create partition, error1513

When I try and use Drive Image to create a backup partition, it freezes after rebooting and tells me that there is a 'Bad attribute position in file record'.
Their website says this is because of the 'i-node format' in Windows XP. They suggest running chkdsk, which doesn't help, and running a debug report, which frankly is beyond me: I just want it to work.
Please can anyone help?
Thanks

Try asking Powerquest support. They have a reputation of being very good. Their address is in the back of the Drive Image booklet p. 25/25

Try Ranish at click here free programme, and see it that will help.

Thank you, €d and pj123, I am trying both these suggestions and will report back.
