Dreamweaver purchase price

I am thinking of upgrading from EasyWebEditor to Dreamweaver and am put of by the purchase price of over £200. I had a look on ebay and there are lots of the latest version for sale at around £90. Are they illegal copies? If they are not how do they manage it?

and there's no way you'll find out until you pay for one - then it'll be too late. Nobody can sell £200 worth of software for £90 unless it is:-

a) a pirate copy

b) secondhand

or unless the seller has taken leave of his/her senses.

I wonder...

Did I see that there was a student copy for sale legally? Since I am a teacher I might just be eligible for one of those.
