i have had problems with the D-Link DP-G310 print server freezing (to fix it i had to reset the print server) over the last couple of weeks, i have contacted d-link to try and solve the problem and they have gave me help to try and fix it the last call they suggested i change the usb cable, when i pulled out the print server to replace the cable i found the connection for the antenna was loose i have tightened this up. Should this solve the problem or will i need a replacement? It seems to simple an explanation but i dont know why the connection would have come loose to begin with

If it is, the fault was obviously being caused by the loose antenna. It's not unknown for these to be loose, and it's a fairly simple matter to tighten the connection.

I doubt that you will need a replacement.

i tightened the connection but the problem is still there i have contacted d-link who are going to pick it up and sort out the problem with the print server
