I am currently setting up an IT support agency and would like to hold a copy of the microsoft knowledgebase (article number, title, description) in a database so it can be easily accessed if our internet connection is terminated.

Is there a way that this can be done?

I'm sure there is a way but I am not so sure that Microsoft would approve, is it the full articles or just links to same that you require in your database?

All i want to hold in the database is the article number, title and a description.

When it was www. kbalertz.com it contained a link to virtually every KB article available but the URL doesn't work any more...:-(
