downloaded music (paid for)

I wonder if some one can help, early this week i purchased a new laptop computer Vista basic. I installed media player 11, re-downloaded my paid for music from sonic selector, now when it comes to playing, it says downloading media usage rights, then a box appears and says, i have reached the maximum number of license issues for this song.

I can not play any music i have installed, due to this problem. Is there a way around this, why should i keep having to get a license to play my music, I already paid for, to me this favours P2p music downloading because it has not DRM attached. Ayone got ideas. Much appreciated if you can help.

not sure but I think you should have copied your saved music from the library in my music on the old pc and put it into my music on the new pc.
