Download managers and PAC files

I got a really big problem....

I need to use a download manager, seeing that getting cut off after downloading 199mbs out of a 200mb file is a sure-fire way to turn me into a homicidal maniac any day.

However, I can't do that unless I know the proxy server settings. And I can't know the proxy server settings 'coz the network has more than one -- it's dynamically allocated, and the settings are stored inside a .pac file. Is there any download managers that can read and use .pac settings so that I can get back to work?

I've used a couple of downloaders without any such problems.

Nope... didn't work. What I need is a download manager that, instead of insisting that I type in the details of the proxy server, is willing to accept the automatic settings inside a .pac file...
