I have been told by my service provider that I have been exceeding my download limit and that I should download a Broadband Usage Monitor to keep an eye on my downloading. Can anyone advise on where to download one from.

Thanks VoG,I followed your link and downloaded Tautology Bandwidth Meter but not sure how it works. It does not appear on all programs and when I click on the desktop icon I get the following message....Only one instance may be active at a time (Per installed copy of the program)If i needed to uninstall it how would I do that if it does not appear in all programs. How does it tell you how much I am downloading. Thanks again

It should appear as a diamond-shaped icon in the notification area (by the clock). If you right click that icon and select Show it will display your usage statistics.

To uninstall it Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs > Tautology Bandwidth Meter.
