Double Boot Win98/WinXP

I have Win98 on my C: drive FAT32 and WinXP on my D: NTFS each one on a separate hard drive. My problem is that I wish to reformat and reinstall Win98 on C: I am afraid that if I do this I will no longer get the option on which I wan't to load on bootup. I will therefore only be able to run Win98. Which of course does not see the D:containing WinXP. WinXP is working fine and I don't wan't to have to reinstall both O/S. Is there a way round this problem ???

such as bootmagic which come with Norton Partotion magic or System Commander from V-Com

You could also reformat and install Win 98 on C: and then do a repair on the WinXP installation (basically, insert the WinXP disk and as part of its start-up tell it to repair an existing installation - it will find the installation on D: and reinstall the boot files)
