Hi can anyone tell me how I can add a clock and date to my Frontpage website. I have frontpage 2000 and only see a last updated clock stamp which is not what I want, I want one to change with normal time.

I did see some on a site but they had javascript and I couldn't get them to work when I put in the code into my html .

If anyone could help, that would be great

I've never used them so check them out fully before uploading to your site.

This is for a simple digital clock and was given in a recent Bravenet Newsletter. Put this script in the <head> section of your page:

<script type="text/javascript">

var timer = null

function stop() {

clearTimeout(timer)

}

function start() {

var time = new Date()

var hours = time.getHours()

var minutes = time.getMinutes()

minutes=((minutes < 10) ? "0" : "") + minutes

var seconds = time.getSeconds()

seconds=((seconds < 10) ? "0" : "") + seconds

var clock = hours + ":" + minutes + ":" + seconds

document.forms[0].display.value = clock

timer = setTimeout("start()",1000)

}

</script>

Change the body tag to: <body onload="start()" onunload="stop()">

Then put this code where you want the clock to appear:

<form>

<input type="text" name="display" style="background-color: #E8EFFA; font: bold 11px verdana; width: 63px;">

</form>

You can change the colour, font size and width here to suit what you want.
