Tiny Computer, Pentium 3 550Mbts,
15Gbts HDD, 192Mbts Memory
XP Home was faulty, I formatted and reinstalled XP.
I installed my Graphics, Sound, Modem, and Printer.
Then I got a warning that I was running out of space.
Click My Computer, click C drive,
Click Documents and Settings, which said it was
14 1/2 Gbts in size.
Opening up Documents and Settings, inside all the
Files were normal size, it was the folder
Documents and Settings that was 14 1/2 Gbts large,
It would not let me delete it,
Re installing it was just the same.

normally you dont want to delete this folder even if you could as it will cause all sorts of problems it contains important files.

you say you formatted the disk before installing xp again.how did you do this? using fdisk etc?

As huggyg71 says you do not want to try and delete this folder.

Go to my computer and open it. Open the "C" drive and go to tools, from there pick folder options and then view. Now put a dot in the show hidden files and folders, then apply.

Now go back to document and settings and right click each folder. Scroll to properties and see which folder is taking all the space. Post back with results.
