spyware? When I run SAS it picks up 5 "adaware tracking cookies" . These are not cleared by CCleaner because they are in a folder (where myname is my user name) : C:Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low\ then the files are, for example, [email protected][1].txt ,[email protected][1].txt, [email protected][1].txt and so on. I think there is a way of de-registering, but how do these people get away with offering anti malware such as MS Security Essentials, then planting these tracking cookies where they are not wanted? At least if they were in the normal cookies folder it would be more honest.
